For World Science Day P6 were exploring the changes and adaptions of Axolotl!
Using Minecraft we located Azalea trees within forested biomes. We dug down to find lush caves and noted the features of this habitat on a whiteboard 🌿.
We found Axolotl within these lush caves. Our task was to recreate the habitat of the lush cave on the grounds surface, creating a pond and including all relevant features. Some groups started to build a laboratory to study these incredible creatures!
We then finished our session with a fact finding session, which we shared on the IWB 🤩⭐️
