Primary 3 have been working hard throughout their Gruffalo topic.
We have created tree paintings, Gruffalo paper plates, bug hotels and lots more. The Gruffalo left his big footprints around our classroom and we were measuring them to find the 'length'.
This week was the most exciting of all as the Gruffalo sent us postcards! Sadly the Gruffalo came to school after we had all went home, but he managed to get photos with Miss Montgomery, Mrs Brown and Mr Backus. The Gruffalo quizzed us on what we knew about weight and weighing objects and he was very impressed with our answers. We even got the chance to weigh the parcels the Gruffalo was sending to his friends in the woods on the scales.
In Literacy, we put all our ideas together to make a return postcard to the Gruffalo from Primary 3.
