In SU, we are learning about the “Fruit of the Spirit” and today the focus was on “patience.” ☺️
After singing our “Fruit of the Spirit” song we completed some patience challenges…we’re a competitive bunch in SU! 😁
Then we watched a little video (which you can watch below!) which explained to us what it means to have patience.
Then we did the Skittles challenge! 😋 The children were all given a skittle and if they didn’t eat it before 4pm we would give them another one - we needed to have the patience to wait! Then we had a good giggle watching some younger children participating in a similar challenge with marshmallows!
In SU today we were also memorising a Bible verse and have got the memory verse (pocket size!) to take home too! To finish SU today, we sang “Ask, Seek, Knock.”
