In SU, we are learning about the “Fruit of the Spirit” and today the focus was on “peace.” ☺️
We all enjoyed looking at some photos of Primary 4’s visit to Mill Brae Fold (on Friday) to deliver the little crafts that we made previously in SU - the residents loved them! 🥰
We had a little drink of juice and started SU with a song called “I’m counting on God!”🧃🎵
Then we watched a little video (which you can watch below!) which explained to us what it means to have peace. We also heard a Bible story (Jesus calms the storm) which is also linked to this theme.
Then we made “Peaceful Peach” bookmarks (while listening to the song “Jesus Calms the Storm”) to put in our Bibles as a little reminder that when we spend time with God, reading our Bible we can have peace too and not worry about things!
To finish SU today, we sang I’ve got peace like a river, heard a story about “Jelly Babies” which were previously known as Peace Babies and of course got a Jelly baby sweet before going home! 😋
