We have had a fun (but busy!) first week back at school. Our Science Week activities had a garden theme to fit in with our World Around Us topic: Hop into the garden with Peter Rabbit! 🐰
On Monday, we made a Jemima Puddle Duck flitter jar. 🤩 Then on Wednesday we planted some cress seeds and some peas...and we are excited to watch them grow! 🌱 In school today, we were busy problem solving at Outdoor Play - using Rube Goldberg as our inspiration! 🤔🎾 I think P1 might have some innovators of the future!💡
Once again, P1 and their parents have been busy at home too, making “Frozen Flowers” and engaging in sensory play with them, as a little a Science Week homework activity.💦🌼🌸🌺🧊
