As part of our Science week activities in P1, we have planted sunflowers! 🌻 We watched a little video clip on Explorify showing us what will happen to our seeds. We can’t wait for them to grow so we are hoping for lots of sunny weather! We also painted beautiful sunflowers for our classroom wall display.
In Numeracy, we have been thinking about language associated with size. P1 have got into order of height; Joshua is the tallest and Ella is the smallest in our class but we recognise how we have all grown SO much since September.
During Science week, we also read lots of stories with the theme of “growth” and some of our Play Based Learning activities even had a growth theme! 🌱
