Today it was P7’s turn to take assembly. P7 based their assembly on the story of Nehemiah; the rebuilding of Jerusalem, including the walls after it had been destroyed by the Babylonians! Nehemiah faced considerable opposition but with the wisdom granted by God, he succeeded in completing the task. The boys and girls considered how we will encounter challenges too but reminded us how we can ask God to help us.
