We loved participating in World Book Day this year!
On Thursday we held our World Book Day themed class assembly, and we all spoke loudly and confidently.
We were very excited on Friday to come to school dressed up as Julia Donaldson book characters. Congratulations Leah and Adam for being awarded ‘Best Dressed in P6’
Our class book was ‘The Snail and the Whale’. We listened to the story, participated in writing about where in the world we would like the whale to take us 🐳, completed tricky Snail Sequence Sums and were creative in our PDMU lesson. We thought about the large challenge the little snail 🐌 faced in our story and thought that although we are little, we can overcome big challenges too! ⭐️
