P5/6 were set the challenge of building a free standing water tower that would provide support for half a cup of water. The boys and girls were only allowed one polystyrene cup, six lollipop sticks, a small piece of card and two art straws. After the planning stage, the boys and girls realised it wasn't as easy as it first seemed! Great fun had by all...and most importantly we are learning how we could do it better next time!
