Did you know that the Guinness World Record for a Curly Wurly stretch is 4.26m? It was accomplished in under three minutes by Tracy Sullivan in 2015. As part of their Science Week activities, Primary 3 thought they would give the challenge a go! This activity helped P3 to learn more about a material’s elasticity, while having lots of fun too. The winning house (Beech) got a treat at the end!
