Primary 1 received two more replies to their "Message in a bottle." One bottle was found by Henry (and Jacqui) when they were out for a walk on Ballyholme beach in Bangor. They also sent us some shells, sand, seaweed and lots of information about Bangor! Primary 1 hope they can have a little trip to Bangor / Ballyholme beach before going back to school in September!
On the same day, P1 received another envelope from a little boy who was very excited to find our "Message in a bottle" when out for a walk with his dog Teddy in Portstewart. He replied to our letter; telling us that he would take our message into his school to share with the P1 class there before putting it back in at Warrenpoint! We just can't believe how far our message has travelled!
We want to to say a BIG thank you to each of you for replying to our letter!
