Primary 1 were excited to be learning the first two new sounds of Jolly Phonics this week: s and a. 🐍 🐜 We sang incy wincy spider, did a sound sort with the objects in the feely bag and made an s with sticky stars. We have been practising the correct letter formation of the letters too.
We are also working hard to learn our high frequency words in class (& at home!) through lots of fun activities!
