We read the story of Mr Strong and were inspired to think just like him!
During Indoor Play we used lots of fine motor skills to build tall, yet strong towers. Some are just incredible!
Then we used the fire in the story to get creative. We made fiery colours and blew them across the page to look like flames. Some of us even added sticks to look like a bonfire.
The final station became structural engineers and designed a chair that would hold Mr Strong, without toppling over. We tested each chair by adding a weight and even included an earthquake to make sure the chair was Mr Strong proof!
